Your file is opened by the page itself.
It is read on your own computer, by the page you have open. It is not sent anywhere, so a patient study or a signed contract stays where it already is.
The web tools: nothing to install, no account.
Open the link and start. There is no sign-up, no e-mail to hand over and no trial that ends. The few you install, such as Carino DICOM and Carino Setup, say so on their own page.
